Refund Policy

The products you bought from Rayerise must be in original packaging, unopened, unmarked and in sellable condition. You may return items within 15 days of delivery. No returns will be allowed if past 14 days from delivery date and will be returned to the sender.

The item cannot be one of the “non-returnable merchandise” listed below.

Return Procedures:

Please contact Customer Service at service@rayerisegroup.com, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing slip, Exchange authorization Form or Order number to the return.

Be sure to protect the items when shipping Shanghai Rayerise Technology Co.,Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments.

Once an authorized return is received and fully processed a credit in your account will be issued in 5 to 10 business days.

If you would prefer a refund, it will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after processing the return. We will send your refund via the original payment method used to purchase the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
